1. Order Cancellations (Up to 1 Hour Before Dispatch)

Orders can be canceled anytime up to 1 hour before courier dispatch. Once your order has been packed and handed over to our courier partners (Shiprocket / BlueDart / Delhivery / DTDC), cancellation is no longer possible as the package is already in active transit.

To cancel an order before dispatch, please contact our support team immediately via email at support@heercollection.com or call/WhatsApp +91 98765 43210 with your Order Number. If eligible, 100% of your payment will be refunded immediately to your original payment method.

2. Return Window & Eligibility (48 Hours to 3 Days)

Due to the delicate nature and hygiene considerations of fashion jewelry, we accept returns and replacement requests strictly within 48 hours (up to 3 days) of confirmed delivery under the following conditions:

• Transit Damage or Defective Item: If a piece arrives broken or damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with a mandatory unboxing video and clear photographs. We will arrange a 100% free replacement at zero cost to you.
• Wrong Item Delivered: If you received an item different from what was ordered, we will arrange a complimentary replacement immediately.

3. Return Shipping Charges (Reverse Logistics)

If a customer requests a return or exchange for discretionary reasons (such as personal preference or change of mind), the return shipping charges are borne by the customer:

• Reverse Courier Pickup by Heer Collection: A standard reverse logistics fee of ₹99 will be deducted from your final refund/store credit to cover the courier pickup and return transit cost.
• Self-Ship by Customer: Alternatively, you may securely courier the unused parcel back to our Surat, Gujarat warehouse at your own expense using any tracked courier of your choice.

Item Condition Requirement: All returned jewelry must be completely unworn, in its original Heer Collection gift box, with protective packaging and security tags intact.

4. Refund Process & Timelines

Once your returned parcel is received and inspected at our Surat fulfillment center, we will notify you of the approval status within 24 to 48 business hours.

Upon approval, prepaid refunds (net of reverse shipping charges, if applicable) will be credited directly back to your original payment method (bank account, UPI, or card) within 5–7 business days. For COD orders, refunds are issued via secure UPI transfer or store voucher.
